Prerequisites
The student has completed the modules Education and Entrepreneurship and the elective Finances and Administration. Mind that the elective Finances and Administration will be scheduled during the first semester, and Educational Business Plan during the second semester, which makes it possible to choose both in the same year. This subject can only be followed on-campus.

Aims
Students learn to set up a businessplan for an educational project.
In several steps they work at an personal businessplan that ends in an actual apply.
This can be an apply for a financial backer, a foundation or a (local) authority.
Students are able to understand and connect two worlds: teaching and entrepreneurship. After following this module the students is able to communicate with the society as acceptable entrepreneur. They learn to find and see possibilities in the field of education in modern society.

Classes focus on:

- getting an inside in the current field of education business.
- General awareness of the contours of the teaching profession.
- The difficulties and chances of combining teaching and business.
- Personal branding;
- Business model canvas;
- Marketing & communication;
- Financial aspects

Criteria
Students demonstrate their commands of the elements described under Contents.

The student has completed this module if they are graded "satisfactory", with an active attendance.
