This module partly builds on the Computer and Music modules. However, there is a greater emphasis on the computer technology of a course environment. Hard disk recording is an important aspect here and involves the entire process from sound recording to the final mix. We will work with Logic as a platform for hard disk recording and music production. Students can opt for Studio Technology as a follow-up to the Music Technology module provided that they are suitable and also feel an affinity with this subject. This comprises a work placement at a professional studio.
