Students carry out a research, and will be guided by the research supervisor;
The research results will be presented in April of the second year;
The presentation of the research is a public event.
Mode(s) of instruction
Instruction lectures, meetings with fellow Jazz & Pop master students, individual coachings and presentation of the research outcomes.

Examination and assessment

Mode(s) of assessment
A public presentation of the research is carried out by the student in the presence of a committee.
Criteria
Following the examiners' positive evaluation of the research and its presentation.
Pass requirements
The student has completed this module if they are awarded a minimum grade of 5.5.
Examination procedure
At the end of the module the presentation of the research is carried out by the student in front of a committee. Assessment is comprised of a verbal evaluation and a concluding grade by this committee.
